Crate Mechanics
In-game you can see detailed information including probabilities of the reward tiers (Common, Uncommon, Rare, Legendary). When opening a crate there is a two-stage selection mechanism: It first rolls the tier, and then a reward within that tier.
For every crate open that does not result in a legendary reward, your probability increases by 1.5% - You will also not win duplicate legendary rewards until you've won all the other rewards in the tier.
Season Vault
The Season Vault is an upgradeable vault that you can place items inside that have "Season Vault Access" in their description. Your season vault never resets and all items inside are saved when a realm resets and enters a new season.
All unique rewards in limited-time crates have Season Vault Access
